HOW TO PAY
When you have completed your selections click the 'GO TO CHECKOUT' button. If you need to make any amendments you can do so here.
Make sure you select your location in the drop down menu at the top of the page. This will ensure correct pricing for postage and packing. When you are ready to complete your purchases enter your name and address details and click the 'SEND ORDER' button. You will be forwarded through to the secure transaction screen to complete your credit card details.You may also pay by phone, if you wish, or print off the order form and pay by cheque.

DELIVERY AND DISPATCH
UK MAINLAND
Postage and packing for UK Mainland is FREE. We send notification to you via email when we have dispatched your order. If there is a delay for any reason we will let you know immediately when the order will be ready.
Please remember we are a small company producing exclusive work made in the U.K. If there is a delay your payment will not be deducted from your account until your order is ready to dispatch .
COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK.
All the conditions apply as above except that we have to charge postage. Due to the unknown quantity, size and weight of the shipment we cannot give a quote for postage and packing until we know the exact requirements of your order. Please email or phone us the details of your order. We can then get back to you with a specific price for postage and packing.

RETURNS
Should the unthinkable happen and there is a problem e.g. damage in post, please notify us immediately
IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS PLEASE NOTIFY US BY PHONE OR EMAIL WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
